Tiffany Joy, una cantautora de San Francisco, California, y Maqui Reyes, un cantautor y músico de Bogotá, se conocieron en 2010 en Buenos Aires, donde realizaban sus respectivas producciones como solistas, y allí nació "IndiviDúo". Desde entonces han venido presentándose en diversos escenarios, teatros y shows de TV de diferentes países. Su show mezcla repertorio original del dúo, con versiones únicas de algunos de los temas más celebrados de la música latina.

En 2012 produjeron su primer EP en Buenos Aires, con la producción Musical del productor argentino Oscar “Chino” Asencio (Axel, Marcela Morelo, La Voz Argentina, Teen Angels). En el 2013, IndiviDúo realizó una gira en Bogotá – Colombia, presentando su primer sencillo “Sueño”, tema que tuvo gran aceptación en los medios de comunicación, logrando los primeros lugares en el listado de las canciones más sonadas en la radio, al igual que su video clip, el cual tuvo gran rotación en algunos canales especializados.
Finalizan el 2013 e inician el 2014 con una gira por el Norte de California que contó con 18 shows en Campbell, San José, Redwood City, San Carlos, Berkeley, Saratoga, Oakland y San Francisco.
La canción “Sueño” recibe en enero el premio a la Mejor Canción del Pop Latino en los Akademia Music Awards de Los Ángeles en Enero 2014.
En Marzo de 2014, IndiviDúo regresó a Colombia para presentar su segundo sencillo “Si Me Vieras Tú”. El video clip de este tema fue rodado en un tradicional callejón de San Francisco (Clarion Alley), lugar que es caracterizado por sus pintorescos murales, y por su constante actividad artística.
Durante el 2014 IndiviDúo tuvo la sección “Mi Canción Favorita” en el show de entretenimiento “Bravíssimo” (CityTV – Bogotá), donde interpretaban en vivo, canciones para los invitados del programa.
También se presentó con éxito en el Teatro Astor Plaza (con el Cantautor Dominicano Vicente García), y en el Hard Rock Café (Bogotá), donde tuvieron un show “Sold out.”
En Noviembre 2014 IndiviDúo lanzó su tercer sencillo “Tú-Yo” cuyo video clip fue filmado en el Teatro Astor Plaza (Bogotá) y cuenta con un elenco de niños actores.
Después de otra gira exitosa al norte de California (USA) en Enero/Febrero 2015, IndiviDúo está presentó su nuevo sencillo “Mentira” (Agosto 2015) y terminó el 2015 con el lanzamiento de su disco completo “Sueño” (Noviembre 2015).
En abril, 2016 IndiviDúo lanzó su sencillo “Pero Yo” una poderosa y emotiva balada in por inspirada en el fallecimiento de un amigo hace varios años. En Julio 2016, el dúo realizó una exitosa gira de prensa en Miami donde presentó la canción en “Un Nuevo Día” (Telemundo) uno de los programas más importantes para el mundo hispano en los EEUU y Latinoamérica.
Comenzando el 2017, cuatro canciones compuestas por IndiviDúo forman parte de la banda sonora de la exitosa serie colombiano “La Ley del Corazón” – la más destacada “si dejo de creer” tiene alto impacto en redes con un lyric video que tiene casi 300,000 mil vistas en pocos meses.
IndiviDúo finaliza el 2017 con un tur europeo que los lleva a visitar 33 ciudades y 13 países en tres meses, con presentaciones en Paris, Roma, Venecia, Barcelona, Madrid, Alicante, Amsterdam y Estocolmo.
En mayo 2019 dueto lanzó su nuevo album 'Mensajes' producido en Miami por el reconocido productor y músico Dan Warner (Luis Fonsi, Ricardo Arjona, Gaby Moreno). Finalizaron el 2019 con una gira promocional en Miami, Los Angeles Bogotá, y Buenos Aires.
IndiviDúo está actualmente presentando en vivo, promocionando su disco más reciente "De Amantes en Bruto" (Mayo 2021).
The dynamic Latin pop duo “IndiviDúo” was formed in Buenos Aires in 2010 when Tiffany Joy (Californian Singer / Songwriter) met Maqui Reyes (Colombian Singer / Musician / Composer) and they decided to set their solo careers aside to join musical forces. Over the past decade they have grown to be one of the most promising, up and coming musical duos in the Latin music scene. Their show mixes original repertoire with unique versions of some of the most celebrated Latin music hits.
The unique and international story of this duo transforms their music into something special, cosmopolitan - as eclectic and joyful as the two themselves. Singers, performers, and composers, these IndiviDúos manage to translate their talent into songs that take the listener on a journey. The energy they generate on stage is a unique alchemy, a true experience for the viewer who can feel that something special vibrates wherever these two share their voices and souls.
In 2011 they teamed up with celebrated Argentine music producer Oscar “El Chino” Asencio to produce their first six-song EP. In 2013 they toured in Bogotá, Colombia with their first single “Sueño”, a song that was widely accepted in Colombia, making it into the top 10 on various pop radio stations, along with its music video (filmed in San Francisco, CA), which was in rotation on various popular Latin American music video channels. At the beginning of 2014 they returned to California for an extensive tour throughout Northern California and filmed another video clip for their next single “Si Me Vieras tú” in the iconic San Francisco setting “Clarion Alley.”
In March of 2014 they returned to Colombia to engage in a press tour for the single “Si Me Vieras tú” – which lead to the offer of their own TV segment on the popular entertainment talk show “Bravíssimo.” 2014 ended on a high note for IndiviDúo – they launched their third single “Tú-Yo” and performed to a crowd of 1200 at the renowned Astor Plaza Theatre (Opening for Dominican Singer/Songwriter Vicente García), as well as enjoyed their own sold out show at the Hard Rock Café (Bogotá).
After another successful tour through northern California (USA) in Jan/Feb 2015, IndiviDúo returned to Buenos Aires to complete the production of their first full-length album “Sueño.” In November 2015, the duo returned to Colombia, launching their album to packed crowd at the renowned music venue Kukaramakara in Bogotá, and shortly after to a sold out crowd in California (Angelica’s Redwood City).
In 2016 IndiviDúo launched their single “Pero Yo” a touching ballad that they composed for a friend who died unexpectedly a few years back. In July 2016, the dúo was invited to perform the song live on “Un Nuevo Día” (Telemundo Miami), one of the highest rated Hispanic networks in the USA.
In the beginning of 2017, four original songs off of IndiviDúo’s album “Sueño” were chosen to be featured on Colombia’s highest rated TV drama – “La ley del corazón”. The song with the most repercussions was the power ballad “Si dejo de creer” which saw the views for its lyric video on YouTube spike to nearly 300,000 in just two short months.
IndiviDúo finished off 2017 with a European tour in which they visited 33 cities and 13 countries, with performances in Paris, Rome, Venice, Barcelona, Madrid, Alicante and Amsterdam.
In May 2019 the duet released their new album 'Mensajes' produced in Miami by renowned producer and musician Dan Warner (Luis Fonsi, Ricardo Arjona, Gaby Moreno). Late 2019 the duet embarked on a four-city tour to celebrate the release of the new album with press appearances and concerts in San Francisco, Miami, Los Angeles, and Bogotá.
IndiviDúo is currently performing various live events, promoting their most recent album "De Amantes en Bruto" (May, 2021).
